New features in BizDiary
The latest update to BizDiary adds "Smart Booking" for the customer booking module, Personnel-level control of SMS and Email reminders, improved notifications, and other minor improvements.
BizDiary will be updated on Sunday 10 November 2013.

Our new Smart Booking feature for the Customer Booking Module provides intelligent selection of booking times to optimise your available time, and avoid unusable spaces between appointments.

Personnel-level control of reminders.
To provide greater flexibility in sending of SMS and Email reminders, you can now enable or disable reminder sending for each Personnel. This is done in the Templates tab when editing the Personnel.
We have initially set all Personnel to have sending enabled. This only takes effect if you actually have automated reminders turned on. By doing this we ensure that reminders will be sent or not sent as was the case prior to the update.
We've updated the appointment notifications (for new, changed, cancelled, and deleted), to include the user name of the person making the change, IP address, and extra change details, plus an easier-to-read format.
We've also made a few other minor changes to improve BizDiary...
- More detailed error messages for Calendar Synchronisation. This will help identify issues with authentication.
- Correct formatting of dates in Excel reports.
- Correctly recognise Internet Explorer 11.
