How do I use BizDiary on a phone or tablet?

To access BizDiary on your phone or tablet, use the web-browser.

Logging In

To log in on your phone or tablet you need to open your browser and go to your Login URL.

You can just open the browser and enter your URL, but you may find it easier to send an email to your phone...

1. Copy your login URL into an email (see What is my login URL?)
2. Send the email to an account you can access on your phone.
3. Open the email on your phone.
4. Click on the URL, to open it in your browser.
5. Optional: Add to home screen (see below).
6. Log in with your normal username and password.

Adding a button to your home screen

To make it easy to access BizDiary, we recommend that you add a button to your home screen...

1. In your browser, go to the BizDiary login screen (as above).
2. Click the share button.
3. Select add To home screen.
4. Enter a name, e.g. BizDiary Login.
5. Click return.

An icon will be added to your home screen.

Using BizDiary on the phones and tablets

BizDiary is optimised to recognise your device and make the best use of the available space. Using the zoom and pan features can be helpful especially when viewing the Calendar.

On a phone you have to deal with a much smaller screen.  We recommend holding your phone in a sideways/landscape orientation, and using the zoom and pan features of the phone.
