Monthly fees are based on personnel with whom appointments can be booked (not reception staff, etc). There is no limit on the number of users.

SMS credits

SMS credits are used when you send SMS reminders or other SMS messages to your customers. No fee is charged to you when a customer replies to an SMS.

• SMS credits can be purchased to make use of automated text reminders, text messages to customers and staff, and bulk text messages for promotions or customer advisories.
• Prices from 12 cents per credit.
• Credits purchased are available within minutes.
• SMS credits DO NOT expire (unless your account is closed).
• We don't charge you for SMS replies from the customer.
• 1 credit allows an SMS message of up to 160 standard characters.
• Longer messages or those with non-standard characters may use additional credits.
