How do I set the size of blocks in the Calendar?

The Calendar in BizDiary is broken into blocks of time to simplify viewing, setting appointment times etc.  All appointments and events, must then fit into this block size.

Choosing a Block Size

The block-size that you use will depend on the lengths of your appointments.

Example #1:

If your appointments have lengths of 30, 45, and 60 minutes, then you would set the block size to 15 minutes.

Example #2:

If your appointments have lengths of 40, and 80 minutes, then you would normally set the block size to either 20 minutes.  You could set it to 40 minutes as well, but this may not give you the flexibility you need in the start times for appointments.

Setting the Block Size

To set the calendar block size...

1. Login as an admin user.
2. Go to Account > Settings.
3. Change the Calendar block-size.
4. Press [Save].
