How do I turn on synchronisation?

Calendar Synchronisation is handled per-user. To use synchronisation you must first enable it for your User account.

  1. Login to BizDiary.
  2. Go to your user details by clicking on your User name (top right of screen).
  3. Make sure you have a Default Personnel set.  This will be the Personnel whose appointments and events are exported to the calendar.
  4. Click on the Synch tab.
  5. Choose which items you want to be able to synchronise.
  6. You might also want to select the Calendar URL, and copy it to your clipboard as this will be used in your other calendar for setting up synchronisation.
  7. Click [Save] to save your changes.
