Who created the customer record?

To find out who created a customer record, check the History.

Customers have a History tab which shows...

• Date and time that the customer record was created.
• Who the customer record was created by (User).
• Date and time that the customer record was edited.
• Who the customer record was last edited by (User).

Appointments, Tasks, and Events also all have similar History information.
