If you no longer require BizDiary you can cancel your account. After the account is cancelled, you will still be able to access it up to the end of the currently paid month.
In BizDiary, when you go to the Home screen, you should see a message saying your account is Cancelled, and telling you the number of days remaining. It may take a minute or two for BizDiary to receive the message from Stripe.
If the status still has not changed after 10 minutes, please try refreshing the screen, and if it still doesn't say Cancelled, then please contact us.
