What is the New/Changed Appointment Report?

The New / Changed Appointments Report lists appointments that were created or changed within the specified date-range.

You can run the report manually, but it's main purpose is for use as a Scheduled Report.

Running the Report

To run the New / Changed Appointment Report...

  1. Log in to BizDiary as an admin or manager level user.
  2. Go to Reports > Run Report.
  3. Select Appts: New/Changed.
  4. Choose the Personnel for whom you want the report.
  5. Choose a defined Range OR Enter the Updated from and to dates.
  6. Go to the Output tab, and change the options as needed.
  7. Click [Run].
  8. The report opens as a PDF which you can Save or Print.
