What is the Customers by Personnel Report?

The Customers by Personnel Report is an Excel report that lists Customers according to any Personnel who they have seen.

Running the Report

To run the Customers by Personnel Report...

1. Log in to BizDiary as an admin or manager level user.
2. Go to Reports > Run Report.
3. Select Custs: Personnel Seen.
4. Choose one or more Personnel to run the report for, or use the default (any) to run for all Personnel.
5. On the Output tab you can control some of the optional fields to be included in the report.
6. Click [Run].
7. Your browser will ask whether you want to Open or Save the file. 
   We recommend that you choose Save.

Using the Report

This report has many uses, but is especially useful if you need to contact all the customers who have seen a particular Personnel.

Being an Excel report makes it easy to sort and analyse the data.
