What is the Customers by Service Report?

The Customers by Service Report is an Excel report that lists Customers according to the Services which they have used, and includes total number of appointments, and total hours.

Running the Report

To run the Customers by Personnel Report...

1. Log in to BizDiary as an admin or manager level user.
2. Go to Reports > Run Report.
3. Select Custs: Services Used.
4. Choose one or more Services to run the report for, or use the default (any) to run for all Services.
5. On the Output tab you can control some of the optional fields to be included in the report.
6. Click [Run].
7. Your browser will ask whether you want to Open or Save the file. 
   We recommend that you choose Save.

Using the Report

This report can be helpful in analysing the number of appointments and number of hours for each Service, as well as viewing what types of Services different Customers are using.

Being an Excel report makes it easy to sort and analyse the data.
