What is the Personnel Work Hours Report?

The Personnel Work Hours Report is an Excel report that provides a summary of the number of appointments and hours for each Personnel per day within a given date range.

No Show and Cancelled appointments are tallied separately.

This report is useful for a more in-depth analysis of workload, and having the data in Excel allows for easy sorting and summing of data.

Running the Report

To run the Appointments Personnel Summary Report...

  1. Log in to BizDiary as an admin or manager level user.
  2. Go to Reports > Run Report.
  3. Select Appts: Personnel Work Hours.
  4. Choose the Personnel for whom you want the report.
  5. Choose a defined Range OR Enter the From date and To date.
  6. Choose which appointments to include - Normal, Cancelled, and/or No Show.
  7. Go to the Output tab, and change the options as needed.
  8. Click [Run].
  9. Your browser will ask whether you want to Open or Save the file. 
    We recommend that you choose Save.
