How do I create a new user?

You should create a separate user for every person who accesses the BizDiary system...

  1. Log in to BizDiary as an administrator or manager level user.
  2. Go to Users > New User.
  3. Enter the User name, and create a password (and type it again to confirm it).
  4. Enter the person's Full name and their email address.
  5. If the person also has a Personnel record, select it here.
  6. Select the appropriate Level for this user.
  7. Click [Save].

When you are done, you should inform the person of their user details.

For better security, you should advise the person to change their password as soon as they log in.
