What is the Customer Booking Module?

The Customer Booking Module is an extension to BizDiary which allows customers to make their own appointments.  Customers can also cancel appointments according to policies defined in the Customer Module set-up.

The Customer Booking Module is sometimes referred to as simply the Customer Module, or abbreviated as CM (for example in Package names, and labels).

You can embed the Customer Module directly into your website, or simply provide a link to the URL for your customer module.

The Customer Module includes these features...

  • Registered customers can book appointments 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, from anywhere they
  • have access to the internet.
  • Detailed lists of Personnel, Services and Locations.
  • Information on Personnel, including profile pictures.
  • Highly customisable.
  • Custom terms of service and cancellation policy.
  • Customers can view past and upcoming appointments.
  • Customers can cancel future appointments.
  • New customers can register on-line.

The Customer Module is an optional extra, and to use it you must be subscribed to an account package which includes the Customer Module.  These are indicated by a "+CM" at the end of the package name.
