Exporting data can be useful when you need to get data for use in another program, or for analysing data that is not easily provided for in the reports.
The data from each Browse list and Search results can be exported, as can other special lists such as the Appointment Summary, Wait-list, and Event Summary.
Note: The Export feature is only available to manager and administrator level users.
Exporting is very simple - just click the Export button at the bottom of the browse or search results, select the fields that you want included, and then click [Export]. The system produces a CSV (comma-separated) file, which can be used in Excel, and other programs.
Example: Get a list of all customers seen by a particular personnel over the course of a year (exclude cancellations and no-shows).
