Do I need to back-up my data?

The short answer is, "No".

All of your data is stored on our secure servers located in a data-centre in Melbourne. These machines are very reliable, and all of the data is backed up regularly to multiple locations.  In terms of data-security there is absolutely no need for you to back up your data.

However, some users do choose to have a copy of their appointments on hand, just in case there is a problem with their internet connection. This can be done by setting up a scheduled report.

You can also export most kinds of data, including appointments, customers, and so on.
