What types of mail-out can I send?

There are three different mail-out types, General, Newsletter, or Promotion.

You can use each type in whatever way you see fit, but here are some recommendations...

• Newsletter: Great for sending a regular newsletter to your customers.
• Promotion: Use this to let your customers know about any special offers you are giving.
• General: Use this for other general emails that you want to send to all your customers.

When you create or edit a customer record, you can choose whether they will receive each type of email.
