How do I buy SMS credits?

To use any of the SMS features, including automated reminders, you need to purchase SMS credits.

How to Purchase SMS Credits

To buy SMS credits, follow these steps...

1. Log in to BizDiary as an administrator-level user (normally just "admin").
2. Select Account > Buy SMS credits from the menu.
3. The Purchase Form shows the available quantities, along with pricing. 
   Choose the quantity you need, and then click the [Purchase Credits] button.

When you have finished, you can close the PayPal window / tab.

When will the SMS credits be available

If you use a credit card (or other instant payment method), it should only take a minute or two for BizDiary to receive the payment information from Stripe, and the credits to appear in your account.

If you use a bank account for payments from Stripe then the payment will take 3-5 working days to clear (depending on your bank).  We recommend that if you are using non-instant payments then you should aim to purchase your credits 5 working days before you need them.
