How do I know when my SMS credits are running low?

You can see your number of available SMS credits in the Home screen in BizDiary, and the number of available SMS is shown when you are sending an SMS or Bulk SMS.  To help you keep track of when you need to buy more SMS you can set the Low SMS level in your Settings.

Setting the Low SMS Level

1. Log-in to BizDiary as an admin level user.
2. Go to Account > Settings.
3. Select the SMS Settings tab.
4. Set the Low SMS Level.
5. Save your changes.

What value should I set it to?

We recommend setting the value to about the number of SMS you use in one week.  If you are using a non-instant payment method, you should set it to the number you use in two weeks.
