Can I back up my data?

Perhaps the first question that needs to be asked is "Do I need to back up my data?"

The short answer is "No" (for a longer explanation see Do I need to back up my data?)

But what you might want to do is either export your data on a regular basis, or use the scheduled reports so that you have a copy of your appointments.
